When Jing Ru developed pneumonia and had to be admitted to hospital funds from our book fair at the ISB spring fair helped to cover most of the cost.  When the grade 5 global impact students asked us if we knew of anyone in need of help it made sense to ask if they would try to raise money for the remainder of Jing Ru’s bill. The students did a fantastic job and raised all the money needed.  We have been able to keep the school updated with photos of Jing Ru as she has grown and news that she is now adopted and very happy with her family in Holland.
